Understanding the needs of others is something a leader will have to master. The awareness of the challenges that your people are facing and be able to spot them even before they come for your help is something a leader should have.

It is like having sixth sense. Your enthusiasms in helping them to improve will create new opportunities and understanding between your bonds with them. This will make you stand out as a true network leader.

Each and every individual of us is unique. They are to be treated differently and as a network leader, you must be able to identify each and every individual needs differently. Their fear, their doubt, their rejection and other types of challenges are different from one person to the other. Hence they should be handled differently.

They may even come to you and pour out to you their personal problems. Be very careful as how you are going to advice them as it is very personal and thus it could be a very sensitive issue. Remember  that you are network leaders and not counselors but if you can help them, help them by all means.
