Faking it is one of the methods used by some network marketing leaders to lure people into their network marketing business. Even if they are having zero success, they are acting like they are very successful and have already making the “Big Money”. They drive big cars to attract people into their business especially the younger people.
There are many programs that will tell you to start living a high lifestyle profile the moment you achieve initial success, a brand new BMW perhaps to match your new status so that people will make believed that you are successful and will want to be in your network too. Remember that these cars are bought mainly on financing.
The problem of course is that only a small percentage is successful in these programs and normally they can only survive for a very short period of time then their programs will collapses. Your debts and loans, however, are long term and require you to make monthly payments to maintain and when you cannot make the payments the cars were eventually be repossessed.
Many people have fallen into these programs thinking that they too can become successful one day. The faking it is just nothing but a “Make Believe” on the people that they are trying to bring in. Acting like you are making the “Big Money” when you are not is just plain dishonest but all part of the program of cheating people. Genuine network marketing leaders built their network on trust and integrity.
“Honesty: the most important thing in life. Unless you really know how to fake it, you’ll never make it” - Bernard Rosenberg

Great point Ron! Some people think that leadership
just has to do with the APPEARANCE of success.
But really it’s about the actions you take that demonstrate your honesty and integrity.
