The better way is to start is with “Gratitude”, to be grateful to whether that is present, which means now. You would agree that many people lives in the past, they linger on to the past memories. Some are past achievements or happy moments and most of them are usually sad or tragic moments. These people think that they do not deserved good things to happen to them, these beliefs are normally developed from guilt.
The purpose of “Gratitude”, by feeling more grateful, regardless of your emotional state is to develop the positiveness back into your life. The feeling of being alive again, and having the thought that life is full of hope. You may starts by being grateful for your job even though you may not like it cos it is better than jobless or being grateful for your wife even though she nags you always; at least she takes cares of your laundry. This will gives you the sense of appreciation for the things that you have. Only when you start to appreciates the people or things that you have, you’ll begin to see goodness in everything that is around you and you begin to discover that you have a propose in life.
