Compassion is defined as a feeling of sorrow or concern for another person’s suffering or need accompanied by a subsequent desire to alleviate or reduce the suffering of another. Compassion is focus on as an emotion to show special kindness to those who suffer.
We expect, however, that there are specific conditions in which people will be more likely to feel compassion, that there are differences in individual propensities to feel compassion, and that many people and cultures may view compassion as a basic human value.
We may have to identify the emotional personality and the values that compassion is constructed and the outcomes that are associated. It is not only the feelings of sympathy and concern, but also the desire to alleviate suffering which includes the feeling of compassion in helping others, foster good relationships, to give forgiveness, win-win negotiation, lastly justice and equality to all.
The network marketing business is a peoples business. You are going to deal with peoples’ lives; they are going to uphold their trust onto you. You will be their mentor and they will expect you to be kind and helpful. You will have to be a compassionate network leader and show concern in helping them in building their networking business.
Being compassionate is to show that you genuinely want to help them and is not just doing it for the money alone. You cannot act as if, it has to be real. Real compassion has to be cultivated. You will only qualify to become a true network leader until you have developed a “HEART” for compassion.
