Integrity is attributed to various parts or aspects of a person’s life whether it is professional or personal.
As a leader you must set the standard for others to follow, in the business and in the community where you live and work. People will want to be associated with other people who have integrity. They are the people who are always on time, people who keep their promises and people who will walk their talk.
Integrity is not just about being truthful. It is about what you say and do everyday. Integrity builds trust and it is the trust you built your foundation upon which is important in business and in life.
Network marketing is built on relationship and relationship is built on trust. You must be accountable in order to maintain that trust. When you make a promise, you make sure that you live up to that promise.
Integrity also means that you respect others and never approach someone else’s prospect and steal distributors or business from another line of sponsorship. You must set the culture in your organization and if you do it right, you will earn the respect of your people and become a great network leader.
Never get involved with people or an organizations that are only sales orientated, the people behind are not genuine leaders, they are only interested in how much business you can bring in for them and how much they are able to earn. It is very easy to identify them, usually they are pushy and very authoritative in nature.
Look for leaders that are kind and supportive instead, these are the leaders that will display a genuine interested in you and are committed in assisting and educating you in building your network. Remember that you are going to be working with him and not for him. Choose wisely for it is going to be a long term working relationship to come.
