The first step is to start a conversation and use probing questions that can make your prospect emotionally aware of the pain in their life. You can use question like: What is your dream? What do you want in life? Are you sick and tired of working for someone else? Do you want to be financially free? And so on….
Imagine being able to start prospecting and recruiting at the professional level of right from the beginning, all you need to do is to practice, practice and practice.
