They can't lie our eyes and our ears more importantly they can't hide their conscience. These people are only interested in money and power which are the course of their downfall. Thanks Ron

Your post reminds me of two points I would like to share. When I first started blogging I remember being told that it is an unwritten rule that a blogger adds value and freely helps others. The best blogs I read and podcasts I listen to do this exceptionally well. The second point is about leadership itself. A true leader always has in mind the welfare of his team and the completion of their purpose ahead of their own personal needs and desires. Leadership is always about sacrifice and commitment.
