		<description>I like the concept of possibility thinking. Frankly there is far to little of this in most businesses. Many managers seem to be too invested in maintaining the status quo as if their identity depended on it or something. Oh yes to some it does. 

Disruptive change can be introduced into a business system if done correctly. It requires courage and confidence to lead. Just as importantly it requires vision on what possibilities could be brought to life. It also requires the empathy to lead a team through the change and enable them to be successful through the process.

I still remember Star Wars as the most influential movie I have watched. Lucas was masterful in bringing that concept to life. What might have been had he given up the fight... Thankfully he perservered.
